I haven’t a clue about bringing a bar girl home to stay but think you should be telling the embassy when applying for any type of visa that she is your partner, so no I wouldn’t put on the visa application under OCCUPATION Bar girl/prostitute.
I would suggest that you go online and download your country’s holiday visa form to see what they want to know.
When my now wife first came overseas to stay with me for 90 days the visa was issued with no problems at all we just filled in the form supplied all the required information and paid the money, it was also the same for the Fiancée/Partner visa for residency.
I would say if you are in or starting a relationship with a Thai girl to keep all phone, E-mail, letters anything that proves that you have been keeping that relationship up over a period of time as that all counts as evidence of an ongoing relationship when applying for a Fiancée or marriage visa in the future.
