Bringing a Thai girl (TG) home, - aiden15632 - 07-26-2024 Visa and Immigration 90-Day Tourist Visa
Temporary LT (2-3 Months)
Communication and Integration
Bringing a TG from Thailand to Canada involves careful planning and consideration. While a 90-day tourist visa is the most straightforward option, longer stays or relationships may require more complex arrangements. Clear communication, documentation, and understanding of both cultural and legal aspects will help manage the process and make the experience more enjoyable for both of you. 4o mini RE: Bringing a Thai girl (TG) home, - daniel74 - 07-26-2024 Don't know about Canada visas..but never ever pay money for a girl to leave a bar where she works. They obviously don't have contracts and can change bars, leave work as they please. The only thing they can do to her and/or you is say you can't go in that bar again or have to pay a barfine for them for that night if go in with them within a few months etc. Usually only farang owners/managers who would only ever try that one on (and then only a few) so just tell them where to go RE: Bringing a Thai girl (TG) home, - hilululu - 07-26-2024 I haven’t a clue about bringing a bar girl home to stay but think you should be telling the embassy when applying for any type of visa that she is your partner, so no I wouldn’t put on the visa application under OCCUPATION Bar girl/prostitute. I would suggest that you go online and download your country’s holiday visa form to see what they want to know. When my now wife first came overseas to stay with me for 90 days the visa was issued with no problems at all we just filled in the form supplied all the required information and paid the money, it was also the same for the Fiancée/Partner visa for residency. I would say if you are in or starting a relationship with a Thai girl to keep all phone, E-mail, letters anything that proves that you have been keeping that relationship up over a period of time as that all counts as evidence of an ongoing relationship when applying for a Fiancée or marriage visa in the future. RE: Bringing a Thai girl (TG) home, - johnson13 - 07-26-2024 Harder to get a visa for your girl from thailand than it is for some wannabe terrorist from africa/arabia ! Can. Imm. want to be assured she is going home after visa expires - she must have ties to her community - job, savings, land etc. Any hint of sex-worker experience in her past and definite no-go. And to top it off they have to get visa almosty every time they travel to Canada as visa is only good for 6 months. By visa i am referring to tourist visa of course. In comparison my TG has a US visa that is valid for 10 years ! Just my opinion but why would you want to live in Canada with her ?? Besides the risk of contaminating her Thainess with great white water buffalo thinking the cost of living in our soon to be shithole country is stupid ! I have yet to bring my TG over in january (she teaches so trips coincide with school breaks April & October) but if I wanted to cure her of the misplaced desire to live here I would let her experience winter - they just cannot comprehend a season that could actually kill you ! Maybe if you were to become engaged and show a history of actually spending time with her and she has ties to Thailand (maybe enrolled in school) then she she might get a visa. good luck. BTW a relationship with 10k miles between you and your TG isn't so bad - take my word for it. Just visit her often. RE: Bringing a Thai girl (TG) home, - shant234 - 07-26-2024 Getting a UK visa was a bit of an arduous process even for a non BG that had been educated in the USA for 2 yrs. We had to provide so much evidence of a relationship and finances etc. I know plenty of ex BG`s in our local area though that are living here permanantly now, so it is possible for them to get a visa if they are married to someone from here. I agree with the earlier posts that it seems to be easier for terrorists to enter the UK. From what ive heard the UK is the most difficult country to obtain a visa for so Canada might not be so difficult. RE: Bringing a Thai girl (TG) home, - johnson13 - 07-26-2024 I hear you! The cold weather can definitely make you long for the warmth and excitement of Bangkok. December will be here before you know it, and you’ll be back enjoying the vibrant city life. In the meantime, maybe start planning your trip or revisiting some of your favorite spots from before to help pass the time. If you need any tips or suggestions for your upcoming visit, just let me know! |
