Legal Responsibilities and Visa Process if You Get a Thai Woman Pregnant

Been once before andd going again in a week. Was wondering say you get you Thai girl pregnant and know its yours. How does this affect the visa process for them to come to USA? Do you and or can you find yourself legally responsible for anything? I am not asking for permission to abondon ship. Just wondering if you are obligated to help and if you decide to moce forward with the relationship if its an easier to get them into your country.
