I can’t stress this enough – the food in Bangkok is mind-blowing. I spent my whole trip eating, and I regret nothing!
Tuk-Tuk Food Tours – One of the best ways to get a real taste of the local cuisine is through a tuk-tuk food tour. I did one that took us to hidden food stalls around the city. From crispy pork to pad Thai, everything was top-tier. You won’t find these places in any guidebook.
Yaowarat (Chinatown) – I got lucky and stumbled into a street food stall in Chinatown that served the most amazing fried chicken I’ve ever had. The flavors were insane. You could literally smell the spices from down the street!
Late Night Snacks – You haven’t truly experienced Bangkok until you’ve eaten pad see ew or mango sticky rice from a street cart at 2 am. The city’s street food scene is 24/7, so you can always grab something to eat, no matter the time.
If you love food, you’re going to love Bangkok. You can eat like royalty or dive into the best street food for just a couple bucks. Either way, it’s going to be delicious.
