One of the best times to visit Pattaya for socializing has to be during Songkran, which is in April. The entire city turns into one big water fight, and the energy is electric! It’s the best time to let loose, meet new people, and join in the fun. You don’t just meet travelers, but locals too, all of whom are out celebrating, dancing in the streets, and splashing each other with water. It’s a rare experience that brings everyone together, and it's impossible not to meet people during this festival.
