I'm currently working on a detailed 7-day trip report to share with everyone. However, I wanted to provide a quick update regarding my recent experience at the Barcelo Mexico Reforma hotel.

I had previously followed the advice of Ratedxxx and blade17, who recommended the Barcelo Mexico Reforma as a "girl-friendly" hotel. I booked a room for two people and, upon check-in, I introduced my "girlfriend" who was expected to arrive later, using a common Spanish name.

During my stay, I had no issues bringing multiple guests to my room. However, today, when I was with a guest from Laboutique (a woman named Sofi Monroy), the hotel security stopped us as we were approaching the elevator. The hotel then required me to formally check in my guest at the front desk and pay an additional fee of almost 1,200 pesos.

The hotel explained that I had originally checked in for one guest, and now I was bringing in a different person. This was the fourth time I had done this during my stay, and it seems the hotel has now enforced stricter policies. It's possible that Sofi's somewhat revealing attire drew unwanted attention from other guests, leading to the hotel's intervention.

While the encounter with Sofi was generally satisfactory, the hotel's new policy has left me disappointed, as I had previously enjoyed the convenience and discretion of having guests in my hotel room. The rest of my trip report is included below.

SOFI MONROY.

COMMUNICATION / SCREENING: Sofi requested a photo of my hotel room card and live location sharing via WhatsApp. She quickly responded to text messages and after my initial text inquiring about her availability we quickly set up a meet within 40 minutes. There might be an agency that is handling her messages on WhatsApp, because the layout of her initial message with her rates and such was almost verbatim from another Laboutique girl that I tried to book, Carla Smith.

APPEARANCE: Face pics aren't really accurate, but she is still a cute spinner-esque Colombian girl. I'the guess her age is perhaps 23/24. Sofi has a cute butt, petite but supple boobs, and nice legs. Height maybe 5 ft 3 inches, but taller due to her heels. She also has a few tattoos and like I mentioned earlier DRESSED very slutty so be advised if discretion is your thing.

PERFORMANCE: Sofi willingly performed multiple positions and the sex was decent. BJ skills were okay. I have no complaints really!

DAMAGE: 3000 for the hour + 500 for taxi outcall.

OVERALL: Sofi was a decent time. I was disappointed that she didn't speak English when her Laboutique profile said she does and her text messages all came back with good English. So our whole interaction was a bit awkward with me whipping out Google translate and guiding her through gestures of positions. Sofi did ask for a tip ("propina") at the end of our session. I never do tips, but I honestly was worried she wouldn't leave the room if I didn't give her a little extra (wasn't getting a good vibe) and maybe the request was due to the hotel giving her a hard time.

The Barcelo Reforma hotel is an excellent option in Mexico City. It's very well-located on Reforma Avenue, with a famous steak restaurant on-site, the iconic Revolution Monument nearby, and a Starbucks just around the corner. And it's not an expensive hotel.

The best part is that there's no fee for bringing guests to your room. You simply check in for two people and provide a made-up name for the second guest, who you can then easily escort to your room without going through the lobby. The elevators are conveniently located just steps away from the entrance, so you can avoid the "walk of shame" to the front desk.

I understand you may have been given information about motels instead of proper hotels. Those are quite different accommodations. As someone who travels to Mexico City and other locations frequently, I'd be happy to provide more recommendations if you need them. Just let me know.
