I guess I would, funny though I've never been asked 'til now.
I usually give a tip, I guess they don't consider it appropriate to ask for taxi mone aswell.
But I must admit I was quite lucky so far, most of the girls were nice, good performers and reasonable in terms of money (not cheap, but value for money). Let's hope for the best in the future.
If she ask for a small sum, like 50 baht I would not care as it does not really matter to my budget and I don't want any hassle. But don't worry I not naive, e.g. I don't pay for the new water buffalo.
