Unless she rushes off to a shop to unlock the password, she’ll be very lucky if she manages to crack it. I have two phones: one for work and one for personal use, both of which are secured with passwords. I just leave them around casually. Yes, if a phone rings, you can answer it without needing to unlock it, but that's the extent of access.
I don't really see the problem here. The password protection on the phones ensures that even if someone tries to access them, they won’t get very far without the correct password. It's a straightforward way to keep sensitive information secure while still allowing basic functionality.
