My opinion on this
@StefanF the tip for the papasan is completely unnecessary.
And if so, then 300 is of course much.
If everyone gave him 300, you can work out his salary.
Several hundred customers go through him every day.
What's the money for for recommending someone to you?
You can be sure that at a moment when you don't know it, he'll get a tip from the girl he recommended to you.
If you want to give a tip, then of course it'll be to the girl you've chosen.
If you make it clear to her beforehand that you'll get a 300 tip for a very good performance, she'll go all out.
The 300 is much, much better invested that way, believe me.
(It doesn't have to be 300 though.)
And then on to the drinks.
Of course everyone has to decide whether they're thirsty or not.
It's not exactly usual to order a drink.
Of course they try to make a bit of extra money.
Next time, ask the girl you've chosen if she'd rather have a tip OR a drink.
There aren't many thirsty people anymore.
In my opinion, the time to order a drink is right when you go in.
You can drink comfortably while you decide and if the drink isn't empty, you can of course take it back to your room.
I always feel like that when I'm in the room, I don't have "time" to drink anyway.
And neither does the girl.
