Thanks Charly-m, good info. Now I know roughly what's going on. I suspect: everything is the same as before.
But last February there were some really nice hotties there. You could have fun with them, even visually.

that's definitely THE option that I always keep open.
No arms, no cookies. :p
Then I always turn around without saying a word and leave.
Often enough they would come after you and assure you that you could smoke.
