The GoGo isn't that new.
An Australian opened it a year ago.
But then it was closed every now and then and was sometimes just used as a bar.

But now it's really trying again as a GoGo.
Maybe with new owners who will give it a try.

Have you been there too?

The GoGo will have a tough time because the existing glass window means there won't be any girls dancing topless or even completely naked.

When I visited, the waitresses were prettier than the dancers.
That's not the case in every GoGo.

The street is called Soi Lenkee and the GoGo is on the same side as La Poste.

New go-go bars will no longer be approved
The administration will no longer issue licenses to open new go-go bars in the city of Pattaya for an indefinite period of time. Anyone who violates this order will face a heavy fine or the closure of the bar. In particular, businesses that offer sexual services will be closed.

The information about the licensing of bars/agogos that is mostly available in forums is half-knowledge. In Thailand, the decisive factor is how and whether the enforcement of certain laws/rules is monitored. In the last six months, for example, Pulse, Tantra and Marylin Monroe have opened agogos. There are probably more, but they spring to mind. Tantra on Walking Street is a completely new agogo. There used to be a beer bar there (I think).

I was unexpectedly there shortly after New Year's, was actually on my way home, but was chatted up, followed and accompanied by a nice girl outside the door (while the street was usually dead at around 1am) - I thought to myself, well, a little SMlight there can't hurt, otherwise I only go to bars/GoGos in the LKM...
In short: Nice if you want to do something quieter and different. 2 (not so great) girls on the poles and about 6 girls there. A few isolated Farangs as guests. Price a bit cheaper than in the Metro, large outdoor smoking area, volume level makes conversation possible, everyone is very nice, no stupid "lady drink for sister me" begging.
In my opinion, it's one of those shops you can go to when you're fed up with the "usual suspects"... shops like this can be a really pleasant surprise, the girls there don't think they're superstars...
