One of my biggest pet peeves when spending time with bar girls is their constant need to answer phone calls and texts. While I understand that they have other customers and a wide network of friends and family to stay in touch with, the frequent interruptions can be quite frustrating.
It seems to be a social norm for them to keep their phones on and respond to calls and messages regularly. This often results in them stepping away or taking calls, which disrupts the time we spend together.
In contrast, the girls I hang out with now manage their phone use differently. They check for calls and messages when they go to the bathroom, but they don’t stay in there long or constantly run to the restroom. This less frequent phone checking makes the experience much more enjoyable and uninterrupted.
