Overview: Beaver's is a compact and dimly lit A-Go-Go bar located on Walking Street. Despite its small size and somewhat uninviting ambiance, it has garnered attention for its unique quirks and the interesting dynamics between patrons and performers.
Ambiance and Music: The bar is notably small and dark, creating an intimate yet somewhat oppressive atmosphere. The music selection, primarily techno, might not appeal to everyone and can be a significant drawback for those who prefer more traditional A-Go-Go tunes. The soundscape was less than ideal for my taste, but it's important to remember that the primary draw of such venues is the interaction with the performers, not the soundtrack.
Entertainment and Performers: At Beaver's, the entertainment is unconventional. The performers, a diverse mix of Thai women, engage in various activities to pass the time. They play games, eat, and occasionally entertain themselves by moving around on long poles placed on the tables. The bar offers a cross-section of Thai women, though on my visit, there was a noticeable presence of well-built ladies, which was unexpected.
Dress and Interaction: A peculiar aspect of the evening was the lack of underwear among the performers. I heard two amusing stories explaining this unusual situation. One tale suggested that the girls had given their panties as a deposit due to a shortage of cash in the bar's register. Another story humorously claimed that the girls had pawned their underwear to avoid starvation, following encounters with stingy patrons. While these stories were likely exaggerations, they added to the bar’s quirky charm.
The performers wore long, transparent white stockings, and it seemed customary for patrons to slip 20 THB notes into them. Larger sums of money were also seen being hidden in the stockings, possibly as a playful gesture or a form of makeshift bank. While this practice was intriguing, it was unclear if it served a practical purpose.
Experience and Conclusion: Although we spent some enjoyable moments at Beaver's, the music ultimately drove us out onto the street in search of a more engaging atmosphere. The bar's name, "Beaver's," seems to be an enigmatic choice, adding an element of curiosity to the overall experience.
In summary, Beaver's offers a unique and unconventional A-Go-Go experience. Its small size, peculiar entertainment practices, and quirky ambiance make it a memorable, if somewhat unusual, choice for those exploring Walking Street.

I was under the impression that Beavers had closed, but it seems there might have been some confusion. I noticed that an Indian restaurant has recently opened in the location where Beavers used to be, which is on the left side, near the beginning of Walking Street coming from Beach Road. Given this change, I’m curious to know if Beavers has simply relocated to a new spot. Could someone please provide an update or hint as to where Beavers is now? Any information on its new location or status would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I must admit, I wasn’t up-to-date on the latest developments. My informants just informed me today that, during the time I was away in Europe, Beavers A-Go-Go had indeed closed and a different establishment opened in its place. If Beavers reopens under a new name or finds a new location in Pattaya, I will make sure to report on it right away. It’s always good to stay informed about changes in the nightlife scene, and I’ll keep an eye out for any updates or new developments regarding Beavers. Thanks for your patience, and I’ll provide any new information as soon as I have it.

Thank you all for your patience regarding the updates on Beavers A-Go-Go. I realize now that I was misinformed and should have checked the latest details before sharing. So, a lot of the blame falls on me, but I assure you it’s only me who deserves it—certainly not the kind folks who are considering more aggressive methods like iron bars or hammers! I want to extend my sincere apologies to all readers for any confusion or misinformation. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, and I will make sure to provide accurate updates in the future. Thank you for your continued support and understanding!

It’s been rumored that employees or dancers from Beavers A-Go-Go might be moving their acts to Misty’s A-Go-Go, which is located on Soi 15. I hope that Misty’s A-Go-Go hasn’t undergone significant remodeling or changes in the meantime. The rapid pace of changes in the nightlife scene can make it challenging to keep track of which venues remain as they were. It’s often difficult to be certain about the current status of a place, given how quickly things evolve. If you’re planning to visit Misty’s A-Go-Go expecting to see familiar faces or acts from Beavers, it’s worth checking the latest updates or reviews to confirm its current state. The fast-moving nature of the industry means that keeping informed can sometimes be a bit of a challenge.
