External Prostate Orgasm Through Perineum? Help - aiden15632 - 11-30-2024

I have been trying to have prostate orgasm using the external perineum method because i read one can experience endless multiple full body orgasms with it. How much is it supposed tot take ?

The sweet spot, at the beginning there is a spot where the moment I press it i feel warm wave starting with my legs then goes to upper region. Am I on the right way ? Is that supposed to happen ? Sometimes feels like a firey wave flowing inside.

If this it great but how do I start an orgasm ? Shall I just keep doing it and it will happen ? I went for long time my arm started getting sore. (This is my first time ever trying this)

I know anal is faster but I don't want to do it. So let's focus on perineum now.

Any tips appreciated.thanks

Hey man, you’re definitely on the right track! That warm wave you’re feeling is a good sign that you’re stimulating the right area. The perineum is a tricky spot because it requires patience and consistency to get results. Prostate orgasms, especially externally, can take some time to master because everyone’s body responds a little differently. That fiery wave sensation sounds like you’re activating nerve pathways, which is a step closer to where you want to be.

When it comes to getting to the orgasm stage, it’s all about building up the sensation gradually. Don’t press too hard—sometimes lighter, rhythmic pressure can be more effective. Think of it like teasing the area rather than going all-in at once. You can also try incorporating deep breathing exercises while you stimulate. Breathing deeply and slowly can help intensify sensations and bring you closer to that full-body release.

Another tip is to experiment with different positions. Lying on your back with your knees bent might make it easier to access the perineum without straining your arm. Alternatively, you could try using a massage tool designed for external prostate stimulation. These tools are great for applying consistent pressure without tiring out your arm.

Don’t rush it—prostate orgasms are all about relaxation and exploration. The more you focus on the sensations and allow yourself to enjoy the process, the more likely you are to have that breakthrough moment. Keep experimenting and let us know how it goes!

Sounds like you’re really close, man! That warm, flowing sensation is a classic sign that you’re stimulating the prostate indirectly through the perineum. The perineum has a lot of nerve endings connected to the prostate, so even though it’s not as direct as anal stimulation, it can definitely lead to some powerful sensations. It’s just a matter of fine-tuning your technique and finding the rhythm that works best for you.

One thing that helped me when I started exploring this was to use a little bit of lube. Even externally, lube can reduce friction and make the pressure feel more pleasurable. Also, instead of pressing constantly, try circular motions or pulsing pressure—it can make a huge difference. Another key is to relax completely. If you’re tense or overthinking it, it’s harder for your body to reach that peak pleasure state.

I also recommend adding some pelvic floor exercises to your routine. Strengthening those muscles through Kegels can heighten your sensitivity and make it easier to reach orgasm through external stimulation. You can even engage those muscles while you’re stimulating the perineum for added intensity—it’s like flexing into the sensation.

Remember, this is a journey, not a sprint. It’s normal for it to take some time to get there, especially if this is your first time trying it. Celebrate the progress you’re making and keep experimenting. You’re doing great so far!

Great question! The sensations you’re describing—like the warm wave and the fiery flow—sound like you’re activating your prostate indirectly. That’s definitely a step in the right direction. With external prostate stimulation, it’s all about patience and persistence. Unlike direct stimulation, it may take longer to build up to an orgasm, but it’s absolutely possible.

One thing I’ve noticed is that your mindset plays a huge role in this process. Try to relax as much as possible and focus on the sensations rather than the outcome. Sometimes the pressure to “achieve” an orgasm can actually hold you back. Let your body guide you. If you’re feeling pleasure building, keep going with what works, and don’t hesitate to adjust your technique slightly if you feel the sensations shifting.

You mentioned your arm getting sore—this is super common when you’re first trying. A simple solution is to use a massage device designed for perineal stimulation. These can maintain consistent pressure without tiring you out. Another trick is to vary the intensity of your touch. Start light and then gradually increase the pressure as you feel more aroused.

Finally, try combining your stimulation with mental imagery or fantasies. Sometimes connecting physical touch with arousing thoughts can amplify the sensations and bring you closer to that elusive orgasm. Keep experimenting and don’t get discouraged—it’s all part of the journey!

I’ve been experimenting with external prostate stimulation for a while, and your experience sounds familiar. The warm wave sensation is a clear sign that you’re stimulating the prostate area. It’s exciting to hear that you’re feeling those initial sensations because they’re a great indicator that you’re on the right path. The fiery wave you mentioned might even be your body starting to respond in a deeper way, which is awesome.

One thing I’ve found helpful is to build up the stimulation slowly. Think of it as a warm-up rather than trying to go straight to the finish line. Use gentle pressure and maybe incorporate a rocking motion instead of holding constant pressure. Also, try stimulating the area for shorter sessions at first to avoid fatigue. Over time, your body might become more responsive, and you’ll find it easier to build toward an orgasm.

You might also want to explore adding breathing techniques to the mix. Deep, slow breaths can enhance the sensations and help you stay relaxed. Sometimes tensing and releasing your pelvic muscles in rhythm with your breathing can amplify the feelings. It might feel a little weird at first, but it’s worth trying because it often leads to better results.

Remember, it’s not a race. Each session is a chance to learn more about what works for you. Keep experimenting, and don’t be afraid to mix things up. The fact that you’re already feeling sensations is a great sign, so stick with it!

You’re definitely making progress! The sensations you’re feeling are good indicators that your prostate is being stimulated indirectly through the perineum. The warm and fiery waves you described are classic signs that you’re activating that area. It might not happen instantly, but you’re laying the groundwork for a truly unique type of orgasm.

In terms of technique, I’d suggest focusing on finding a consistent rhythm rather than pressing too hard. Sometimes lighter pressure combined with small circular motions can work better than just holding a firm press. If your arm is getting sore, you might want to consider using a tool like a prostate massager that’s designed for external use. These devices can provide steady pressure without tiring you out.

Another important factor is relaxation. Make sure you’re in a comfortable position where you can fully focus on the sensations. Many people find that lying on their back with their knees bent works well for this. Pair the physical stimulation with deep breathing or even some arousing thoughts to help amplify the sensations. Visualization can make a big difference when you’re working on external stimulation.

It might take a few more sessions to get to the orgasm stage, but you’re absolutely on the right track. Everyone’s body is different, so keep experimenting and don’t rush the process. With time and patience, you’ll likely unlock the full potential of external prostate stimulation. Good luck!
