Is the Tikila girl still working there? Unfortunately, she didn’t allow us to take a picture of her, but she was definitely a standout, easily a solid 9+. It would have been worth capturing her in a photo.
Additionally, Club Blu offers some entertaining games. One of the highlights is where they run around with a cardboard sign featuring a woman, and you can draw lots for a chance to win something. I believe the cost was around 100 THB, and the prize could be up to a short time session (ST). It’s a fun way to add an extra layer of excitement to your visit!

I can’t really answer that question; I sometimes struggle with remembering the names of the ladies, so I don’t usually ask. Additionally, I don’t pay much attention to what the girls are actually swallowing—just a bit of irony there.
That said, I did notice that there were some impressive "cream slices" in action during my visit in November and December. The shows were certainly memorable, adding a fun and engaging element to the experience.

I think the tequila girl at What's Up actually looks better. It’s a shame I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of her. She really stood out, and I’d have loved to capture her impressive look.
