More Cambodian Girls? - aiden15632 - 07-20-2024 Hey guys, Thailand is set to change its entry requirements soon, allowing Cambodians to stay visa-free for up to 60 days instead of the current 14 days. Do you think this will result in more women from Cambodia coming to Pattaya to work for two months at a time? They could potentially take a bus back and forth to renew their visa. However, I'm curious about potential challenges they might face. Could immigration authorities create issues for them due to the lack of work permits? Additionally, how significant is the language barrier between Cambodians and Thais? Would it hinder cooperation and communication? I'm interested in hearing your thoughts and experiences regarding this potential influx of Cambodian workers and how it might impact the scene in Pattaya. Thanks in advance for your insights! RE: More Cambodian Girls? - shant234 - 07-20-2024 Laos, Burma, Phils, Cambodia - there are already plenty of foreign women working in Pattaya. Because of the lack of women (young, good-looking and hard-working), the operators have already scoured everything in the area. I find Laos the most practical. They are so close linguistically that some claim to come from the Thai areas near the border. Some Burmese can also speak Thai, but not all of them. I think there might be a few more in high season, but not now. When I look in the bars from Jomtien to Naklua, I shudder at the number of grannies sitting there, two generations past their prime. There are young people in Pattaya too, but they are concentrated in a few places. RE: More Cambodian Girls? - daniel74 - 07-20-2024 Laos and Phill will apparently soon be included with 60 days visa-free travel. RE: More Cambodian Girls? - hilululu - 07-20-2024 Let's wait and see, I'm curious ![]() RE: More Cambodian Girls? - johnson13 - 07-20-2024 Worst room ever was in the Excite Club. Mattress saggy. Bed broken (you can also see the bend in the middle of the bed). Cover stained. Furniture around 50 years old, completely worn out. I had to put one door back in place so it wouldn't fall on my foot. The bathroom was in the room, but very spartanly equipped. |
