Suwon Man's Spa in Bangkok is a full service sauna for guys who want to relax and blow a load. It's like the luxury saunas you find in East Asia, but it's tucked right in the middle of Bangkok.

This place is HUGE, it's clean, and it's AWESOME.
It's a 2000 sq meter building with showers, lounge chairs, pools, steam rooms, food, massage rooms, etc.
If you get a package you can use all the facilities, cold swim, hot swim, eat some ramen noodles, have a coke or a beer, then get a full professional Thai massage.
After you're done with all that, pick one of the sexy Thai girls and go off into a room for a nice full service massage with sucking and boning in as many positions as you can muster.
After you shoot off, you will feel full rested and satisfied in both mind and body.
I spent a few thousand Baht but it was honestly one of the best experiences I had during my recent trip. I would definitely return, especially if I could have the same girl ride me for 40 minutes straight again!
